What can I substitute for feta cheese in a spread?

I’m catering a tea and cooking for 250 people. I make a spread for the cucumber sandwiches that uses cream cheese, dill, garlic and feta cheese. What makes a reasonable substitute for the feta cheese? Price is a major consideration. I’m thinking ricotta, would that work?

It would be good if you just left it out and didn’t replace it with anything.
thats what i would use. it may not taste as good though.
bleu cheese, regular packaged cream cheese.
Cream cheese should be fine
Why substitute the feta? With the other ingredients you have listed it sounds like it is supposed to be in there. The feta is where the flavor and the salt and umami flavors are. I wouldn’t replace it with anything … or leave it out
