What Cheese Goes Well With Cheddar In Mac And Cheese?

I have this really basic recipe for mac and cheese but it only calls for sharp cheddar cheese. i dont want anything more complicated added to my recipe i just want to add other types of cheeses to the sauce. suggestions?

    mozzarella. has a great texture..
    or you can go with velveeta or american cheese.

    Jack, Munster, colby. I like colby-jack the best and I make it about once a week. I also add some dry mustard into the sauce.
    I make a smiley face with paprika on top before I put it in the oven =)

    Jack or Gouda would be good. Havarti would be nice too. If you are a little more adventurous, you could try some Chevre goat cheese.

    Mozzerella, jack, american, etc.

    You could go with Mozzarella, Jack, Havarti, or if you are feeling like a fancier version, try Gruyere

    Pepper corn,or some feta.
