What Goes Well With Block Parmesan Cheese?

Filed in Category Parmesan Cheese

I bought a block of parmesan cheese, everything I’ve tried with the chunks I break off are either overpowered by the cheese or make it taste funny.
I’ve tried triscuits (rosemary and olive oil), pickles and roasted chicken bits. Was very dry.
Oh yeah, I want it to be snacky.

    buy a cheese grater.
grated cheese goes well on pasta, baked potatos, mashed potatos, salads, some vegetables, (experiment here ) on top of chili or beans.

Grind it in a food processor (pulse until fine) and put it in a container. Use it on pasta, salads, foccacia, soups. Make homemade pesto, lasagna, baked ziti, chicken parmigiana, pasta primavera. The list is endless.
