What Happens When You Eat Cheese Spread Thats Expired?

So i had a sandwich with cheese spread in it and i took a bite out of it and swallowed it. I noticed a weird smell so i smelt it again and took another bite out of it 2 see if it tasted different. i could still smell that it smelt funny. so i checked the expiry date and it expired in january.
in my case, what consequences of taking 2 bites of expired cheese spread in a sandwich should i be expecting?

Oh christ, you can carry processed cheese spread around in your purse for twelve years and get buried in a volcanic ash field and when they uncover you sixteen thousand years from nowm processed cheese will be exactly the same.

God bless Velveeta. If one of your turds seems a little “iffy” in the next couple weeks, trust me, it’s not from pasteurized processed cheese food that went bad, It’s from a Dorito or something.

I would never recommend eating or drinking dairy products that are out of date. Milk is about the worst thing you can have out of date as it can give you really awful food poisoning (this has happened to me once and I’ve never made that mistake again LOL) so having out of date cheese can surely have the same effect (unless you have a really strong constitution.
dont worry, i ate some cheese that expired last august a couple of days ago, think about it, they age cheese anyway, and the smell probably was just been a little mold, which is what cheese is anyway, even if you DO get sick, it will probably just give you a minor case of the runs
