What is the best blue cheese dressing for celery and wings?

I’ve had some blue cheese dressings that taste bitter or just weird…and definitely unlike the dressing I get when I order hot wings from a restaurant. What kind goes the best with wings and celery?

I think it is a matter of personal taste. I like Marie’s Super Chunky or Marzetti’s Ulitmate Blue Cheese.
It is very easy to make your own so you can control the spices to taste. I like this recipe.
BILL”S BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in blue cheese. Cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
