		<description>you can get american cheese in block form. but the actual sliced, well it will taste bad. that&#039;s my opinion. and it&#039;s rather expensive to use the sandwich slices for mac n cheese. just look around, there is american cheese. and i love love love it for my enchiladas! it melts beautifully and it&#039;s a great mild taste.</description>
