What Marinade Goes Good With Feta Cheese And Chicken??

because im going to marinade a chicken breast and melt feta cheese on it but what marinade goes good with both??

    Yep! Greek is the best! If you cannot find a bottle, try mixing a little lemon juice, a little balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Add some greek oregano and/or rosemary or mint. Whisk until the salt is dissolved. Keep whisking and add a little olive oil at a time until you get a really good vinagrette. Marinate the chicken in half of this and the feta cheese in the other half. Drain the chicken breast and cook (I like to grill or pan grill). Before you put the cheese on to melt, drain it as well!

    Greek dressing is a great idea. If you don’t have any on hand, try a marinade made with fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh oregano.

    well if you don’t have what the others suggest
    good old Italian will taste great too.
    if you want citrus go lemon and dill with a bit of olive oil mix togther and brush over the chicken.
