What’s with shops and cream cheese?

I was watching one of James Rolfe’s,The AVGN’s,other video series-es and I noticed.. What’s with places that sell bagels with cream cheese in them? They fill them to the top. It’s nerve wrecking when you ask for a jelly and cream cheese donut,but you can hardly even taste the jelly,and all you taste is a mouth full of cream cheese. ?
