Is there a Jewel or anything by you? Super Walmart? Usually all grocery stores have asiago cheese!!
When I lived in the midwest, I could get asiago at Hy-Vee, and it wasn’t even one of those huge gigantic Hy-Vees.
Go to any large supermarket, and then head to the spot where they have specialty cheeses wrapped…it’s usually close to the deli area. You should be able to find it there..it’s a very commonly used cheese.
I live Oklahoma. Most super Walmarts sell it. Good luck.
