Where Can You Fine Unpasteurized French Cheese In Chicago??

It is almost impossible to find the unpasturized cheese in the United States b/c of laws. Does anyone know any niche places where they have it in Chicago?

You can’t legally import raw cheese into the u.s. If you want to find it look for an american made french style cheese. Maybe take a drive to wisconsin and look for a roadside cheese stand. I would assume that sort of thing exists in wisconsin
America lifted the ban on raw meats imported from countries in late 1990s’ you can find it in websites order or ask a restaurant
