Why Does My Cat Refuse To Eat Any More Goat Cheese ?

I have been feeding my cat ( ok my neighbour’s cat) goat cheese for a week but now it won’t have any. Why is this ? its from the same slab of goat cheese i keep in the shed.
What can i do to make my (neighbour’s) cat eat more goat cheese ?

Why would you want the cat to eat goat cheese in the first place?
AND WHY ARE YOU FEEDING IT GOAT CHEESE,PERHAPS its spoiled or tainted! you try eating an see if you like it!
