Why Is It Only During Oktoberfest That German Butter Cheese Can Be Found At Specialize Cheese Shops?

I’ve found this cheese at the Pepperidge Farms at a shopping mall once before they moved out. I looked for it ever since, and it cannot be found, esp out of the month of October!
